Respected sir I have complaint about my neghibour house 2282 sector 45c is maintained her house . last 6 months is closed because of this very very wide/ long grasses+ dirty water leaking + smelly . l am frustrated from this so please check and solve is problems. I will be thankful tou

Booth no. 931 Dadu majra colony chandigarh has been illegally constructed. This shop is at the corner and from that one extra shop is constructed in between the area of one shop.

Pathway to residence lower than the main road. Leading to rainwater accumulation with no drainage. Exiting and entering is impossible. Seepage entering the lower floors and affecting the foundation of building .CHB will be fully responsible in case of any damage to property or life. MC. Engineering officials visited the site and have asked us to contact CHB.

We have told them more then 10 times to get it done properly but no response came.
Today afternoon we were sitting in are veranda and the some piece of roof ramp fallen down .Through the god 's grace we are okay and no injury is happen, but till when we wait to get injured. So its my humble request to please get it done and revert to this issue as soon as possible

This is to bring in your notice that few residents of sector 61 has extened their front gates which creates lots of dificulty in parking space. That is not their area and its a common area for everyone. And resifdents are also having front garden sheds which are actually not allowed and because of it lots of crimes gets sheltered. And i[censored] check the central park of sector 61 there is no space to stand.. It is more like a show piece - 3 huts, 2 big animals, 5 fountains, trees, gym, rides, flower decoration in betweemn even small kids cannot play as there is no space. Please check illegal sheds and extended gates should be removed amd park should look like park not a decoration piece

Dhanas rehabilitation colony mai roj mai ek problem ko face krra hu. Meri duty timing 6 am bje ki hai or muje 5:20 tak niklna hota hai.. Toh yaha pr log car park thik se nahi krte hai jiske krke mai apni bike bahar nahi nikal pata hu.
Mene ek. Latter likhr kr unki. Car pr bhi lagaya hai. Ek car owner ka ghr pta tha toh usko bola car hata lo job jana hai toh isne nahi hatayi bola ki. Mai. Kyu haatoun, baakiyo ko bol vo hataye, mene kaha mai nahi jaanata hu, pr bola toh mai kya kru.. Or mujpr gussa hua jiski vjha se mai bhi gussa hua. Or aaj mai ek baar fr chutti krke ghr pr baitha hu..

It has been so many times that i have complained to chandigarh housing board regarding the leakage from the top floor but no action has been taken till now. It's so difficult for us as whenever it rains water comes down from our fans. Even current passes through switches and wall. We have made the complaint multiple times but no action has been taken. Even the doors of top floor flat are open both front and back. Keys are with housing board as the case is going on of that flat.
Please help me.

Dear sir i am harikrishan from # 2357, mouli jagran chandigarh with due respect this is to inform you that my neighbors are different type of people they are illiterate they dont know about govt terms and conditions, there are ​four householders (H. No. 2351, 2359, 2360, 2361,) they are constructed stairs and toilet and one room also which are illegal land and, they are​ not prove way to go my house and also they are park our vehicle in front of out home door, ​kindly check this matter​ and take
Legal action against these peoples because, if housing board will not take any
Legal action in this case. This will set a wrong example and people
Will keep doing these kind of illegal things.

We reside at #5302, modern housing complex, manimajra. There is seepage in one of the walls of our house which sometimes cause leakage as well. This is spoiling our wooden cupboards also. Dear Sir, I am residing at block no. 9 sector 45- D MIG flats Chandigarh. The owner of house no. 3464 sector 45-D, has done illegal construction on public area and made car parking. He covered the area with iron angles & net for his car parking but that space is use for public only. It is not private place. The all members of block 9 are facing problem due to this for IN & OUT from the Block. Some the accidents has also happeneded due to this because the way for in & out has been very conjusted due to his illegal CAR Parking space. Our neighbour has rented his house some months ago, now it is being used for commercial purposes by the tenants. We are facing so much trouble due to this. Also It is against the law. Sir, Residents of 3032/2 Sec 41-D have extended construction of the said house and creating problem to the other people. Even balcony is extended without any approval and draining system is also an area of concern. Owner of the house has always create problem and create a scene whenever other residents of the building try to visit fourth floor of the building. My mother has applied for transfer of flat from her husband's name to hers all formalities are completed but they are not responding not even to RTI , on all calls and visits we are informed that concerned person is on leave or that officers are busy in other projects
sometimes we are informed that in a day or two you will receive a letter to deposit money for publishing it in newspaper and be ready with bond that we had not filled any case in court.

please help us as my mother is too old to fight the case in consumer court.

BUT NO SATISFACTORY REPLY/ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR.SO PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TELL THEM PERSONALY TO VISIT AGAIN THERE.
