Chandigarh University — About not getting any mail of assignments and for not getting exam datesheet

Mam/Sir I Teshal Valecha of B.com 1st year 2nd sem. and Chatanya Valecha of B.com 1st year 2nd sem. We have not received any mail of our exams and assignments.. even we have file a complaint to cu reception and complaint a mail in cu mail box.. but no respond is there. So how we can complete pur assignments wihout getting any complaint and even our exam datesheet have not been given to us.. So please resolve my problem

Each Student and faculty has a mandatory account on CUIMS where university's internal notices are shared.
