CUIMS portal is not working. I cannot pay hostel fee through the portal and resulting absent in attendance. Finance dept is saying online facilities are closed and will not be accepted and I have to pay through cash only. This is the worst system I have ever seen. This is kind of a harrasment for the student....

I passed my online degree with a 7.5 GPA in April 2024. I have only received a soft copy of my mark sheet. They did not invite me to their convocation held on June 8th and have not responded to my emails for the last few month. I have mailed and called dozens of times.

I need my documents to take admission in PG programmes. They are doing fraud with students. Now I will either have to visit the university or take legal action...

I asked for admission cancellation and fee refund on 24th August 2023 by completing all the formalities for it. It has been more than 50 days yet the issue hasn't been solved yet. I hope for a fast response.

I am akriti from bsc vfx and animation i paid my fees on 13-10-23 by my card but they show my fee pending and i am new joining i am not alloted class till now if this countinous like this then i may be not be able to sit in my class even this has troubled me alot

I beg to say that I am Rishikesh Verma. My son Piyush Verma, a 3rd year student of Computer Science Engineering, Chandigarh University, Mohali Punjab.
On 04/10/2023, between 12am to 1.00 pm a laptop with charger has been stolen from the bag of Piyush Verma within the library area o[censored]niversity campus. Footage is also there where culprits can be seen.
It is the result of worse security management. Piyush had already filled a theft complaint against authority within campus.My son Piyush is a student of computer science department where laptop is mandatory for study although Piyush had been living outside rather than campus hostel.Collage is not provided any relief to my son.
I am paying the security as fees included in academic fees .So it's the university responsibility that they use this money wisely for security welfare of students.
This is biggest failure o[censored]niversity security management that anyone can stolen any thing.

I want to know what action has been done till now. If footage is available.Why guilty is not punished yet? I couldn't tolerate this more. I want the answer from authorities what are they doing ?I want what are the action taken between 4/10/2023 to 09/10/2023. Why University saves the culprits or theives.It is legal and ethical duty that University immediately provide help to my son by supporting him any laptop on temporary basis.My son is totally harrased and I wouldn't not keep quiet otherwise I filled a case against security management within University towards high officials of Punjab.
Therefore this last time I would request against authority to take decision otherwise next time I will do what I want without thinking o[censored]niversity fame and prestigious.
I can easily highlight this things on media
as well. But, I don't want to do so as my child is studying there.

I am here writing this complaint against Chandigarh University that they took serious action on it and Piyush is provided with temporary laptop on immediate basis so that he can continue his studies without hurdle.

as I am a chief journalist.This thing can be highlighted easily to social media to Tv media that no security left within Chandigarh University
But, I don't want to do so as my child is studying there but if no action taken against it otherwise I will responsible to do that this things.

I have taken admission in chandigarh university in MSc data Science. I have paid ₹22500 as my semester fees through emi option. In august 27th I had requested a refund process to the university authorities and I also submitted the refund form.
But till date they didn't give me a single rupees as my refund fees. Please do something as soon as possible.

I am Student of CU Online From Sep 2022. I have given my First Semester Exam On Jan 2023. But I have received my Sem 1 Results Yet.
During Sem2 Fee Payment, They told it will released Results post
fee payment. But After paying fee still no updates from their end.
Now forcing me to pay Sem 3 Fees for sem 1 results.

They are harassing me to pay Sem 3 Fees via Phone Call, Whatsapp Call, Email etc.

I am trying to repeatedly call CU Online helpdesk number +[protected] but there's no response from the other end. I took admission 2 months ago and still they haven't updated me on anything. I have uploaded all the required documents and mailed them everything they've asked. My documents are still pending and they haven't even called me and update me about the commencement of classes. Makes me wonder if CU is playing games with me.

I have joined for Masters course on April 2023 but till now I'm not getting any update or response from university even though I have send multiple mails.

I pay 5000rs to get reserve in Chandigarh University but now I do not want to join the institute because of so much fake promotion done by University and I got attracted by it but now I know the reality of the University.
But they now refuge to refund my money although they said that it is a refundable amount at the time of fee payment.
Also it has more than a month left for class to start.
Please help me.

I locked my seat for UG admission on 19th May 2023 by paying 5000/- through UPI payment.
Have sent the email requesting refund in the asked format the next day.
However, there's been no response or update since 3 days.
I have sent the mail more than 2 times as well.
Kindly let me know what do i have to do.

Recently Chandigarh University ordered to deposit fee in cash only circulated massage via CR not through official circular.Earlier payment was done through online also and official circular was also published.It is a serious misconduct and such types of practices should be banned immediately.

I have a salary account with hdfc bank. The amount of Rs 531/- has been deducted there is no clear reason. My account is [protected]. I made the credit card payment manually so what's the reason for the deduction

Chandigarh group of colleges, jahnjheri, mohali has been using my personal number illegally.

When people are searching for colleges regarding their addmission, then a message will be sent to their mobile number to contact them.

The message received is as per below:

I would like to lodge a complaint against this, the number "[protected]" which is mentioned is my personal number and i am no where associated with this college and pritam kumari is the name of student who have gotten this message while enquiring for addmission.

I am getting so many calls from student regarding addmission, which make me irritating.

Please resolve this issue within 3 days maximum.

I am bhanuj pursuing BCA(Online degree) and i am in 1st semester. As it's nearly about 10 days since i am trying to get a solution to access my examslot registration, for that i send text messages to some o[censored]niversitie's employees but they are continuously leaving my message on seen. They don't even answer my call. All they say is just send me your email and we'll figure it out. Still they don't do anything. I have my exam on 21st january, 2023. But they are ingoring me i dont why. But i want to complain against them. Take strict action against them.

Dear Sir/Mam i had left Hostel on 30 /11/22 and had taken the NOC i stayed in Hostel for four months and had paid 50000 fee for 6 months as the 1 year fee was 100000 i stayed in for 4 months and had taken NOC at that time no one told me that i have to pay extra fee for whole year even to quit hostel now when i left the Hostel they are telling me to pay 28000 more its not mine issue there are more than 50 students with same issue they are showing us this policy now which we haven't watched before taking noc and it will be considered as fraud i would gladly file a case if some action is not taken against it i want teh removal lf that extra feee i have to pay Even when i am not staying in that hostel
