Chandigarh University — Cancellation/refund of fees

I applied for Chandigarh University and got registered a seat by giving 5000 Rupees as registration fees but,
Due to some financial reasons I am not able to take admission in Chandigarh University this time and that is why I request you to refund the registration fees of rupees 5 000

When called admission mentor Mittali
they not responding n after hearing the cancel cut my phone and after that no one picking phone when I called again they said me to send mail again.
Its almost 20 days . I sent more than 10 mails but no response from them.

I didn't expect this kind of behavior from such a reputated institution.
