My son booked CU exam for admission to B.Tech course. Upon selection, paid INR 10, 000/- to claim scholarship. Now, we have decided to withdraw our admission from CU. Wrote email to CU on [protected]@cumail.in, [protected]@cumail.in and [protected]@cumail.in but not getting any reply. When asking for feee, they have all buttons available to accept payment but when withdrawing there is no button. Don't book any seat here. They are fraud. Their agents will keep calling you day and night but once you paid they are all gone. I am going to pursue this matter and already written to grievance cell at UGC and will also file RTIs and finally court. No one can erase money trail. I wrote them well in advance for withdrawal and have emails as proof to be submitted to wherever possible. Was this information helpful? |
