This is to inform you that the university is not initiating refund to me and i’m on regular follow back from the last 15 days. I have paid my CUCET fees in month of may i.e. ₹1000 and it got failed again i tried to made payment and again it got failed and ₹2000 got deducted from my account and in order to give CUCET I had asked to pay again ₹1000 but the amount got deducted from my bank and now when i have provided the university regarding payment detaild provided by my bank they have intiated a partial refund of ₹1000 and said that for remaining ₹1000 kindly grant us approval from admission team. I have contacted admission team many time so the told me that excess ₹1000 has been refunded for remaining ₹1000 is non refundable. But then i told them that in those case money is non refundable when i have not given the exam but if the payment get failed and they asked me to pay again then its not my fault & then they have to return it…
