In order to avail your program fee refund, You have to generate a request by using the following steps:-

Step 2 - CU Refund Team will review your details and respond you by activating a refund form on your CUIMS account. This process will take 2-3 weeks.

Step 3 – You need to fill the complete REFUND FORM activated at your CUIMS.

Step 4 - You can Track your Refund Request progress through your CUIMS Account. Our team will stay in touch with you or You can ask any query at email ID shared above.

I'm ex-b.arch student i left the college as well as hostel on 17march20, accounts department assured me they will refund as soon as possible my hostel pending fee i.e. 9300 its 5-6 months going still didn't get any status about my refund

I hemant Agarwal registered for Chandigarh University for btech cse program on June 1st 2021 by paying a amount of 5000 rupees through Pankaj Sir who is head of dehradun region.
But mam /sir I am can't be able to take admission in Chandigarh University as I got a seat in iit so I have decided to continue there.
So respected mam/sir kindly refund my 5000 rupees as soon as possible as it is a matter of great concern for me and for my parents.
