Chandigarh University — refund money

Sir I filled the form of cu on 08 May 2018.
Due to some reasons I don't take admission. So I want my money back that is 10000rs.I call at the college they told me to fill the form then afterward a refund form will be sent. I choose the branch of b.e cse.
My fast track password is FT-369788.Sir it's urgent case so I request you to refund the fee as soon as possible.
