Chandigarh University — Refund not received for seat reservation

I locked my seat for UG admission on 19th May 2023 by paying 5000/- through UPI payment.
Have sent the email requesting refund in the asked format the next day.
However, there's been no response or update since 3 days.
I have sent the mail more than 2 times as well.
Kindly let me know what do i have to do.

It has been 4 days. And even after calling them, there's no refund process update. No one is providing any track of the refund and there's no way to know whether it's even processed.
