Chandigarh University — refund of admission fees for booking seat

Sir, i locked my seat at chandigarh university on 25 may 2018 by paying 5000rs in advance. Sir, now i am taking admission local only so i will not be able to take admission at your university. So sir i request you to refund my fees as fast as possible.
