Chandigarh University — refund of advance deposit fee

Dear sir/madam,
I have deposited an advance payment of 10, 000/- (Inr) in chandigarh university, punjab for registering a seat in computer science department, but due to some family reasons, i am unable to continue my admission process in cu. Hence, i wish to withdraw back the payment that has been done and was claimed to be refundable.
Hoping for the concerned authorities to look into the matter as soon as possible.
