Chandigarh University — refund of fee at an earliest

Respected sir/mam
It is to convey that i have taken admission in your university by paying exam fee =1500, sem fee 1+2=34500, security=2000 and online booking=10000 vide receipt noumith-10689 dated 28/06/2019 with uni acc no=11912809. Due to some domestic reasons i wont be able to join your institute. Therefore you are requested to kindly refund the said amount.
