Chandigarh University — Refund of payment already made

I had taken admission in Chandigarh university through counsellor Prakash Kumar . He provided me with wrong information and latter said I am not eligible now when I am calling him he is not responding and once we had a talk he stated that ur amount will be refunded but it will take 5 to 6 days . I waited for a week now he is saying it will take 45 days . The admission counsellor on the other half is saying it will take 90 days .
