Not about the website but about the university im complaining because they arent responding
I'd taken admission in BBA Distance Learning program, The CU-IDOL that we say. And for that I'd paid Rs. 26, 000 for this. But later my parents were not satisfied and they wanted me to go for the regular classes in the college of shimla only. So I'd requested for the refund. From August starting, I'm requesting by writing emails but it's been November today and neither I've got my money nor the process has been started. Just received a call once that I'll get a form in my email for starting the refund process but it I'd not got the form. I'm trying to call them but none of them are picking my call.
