Chandigarh University — Without circular want Fee deposit in cash

Recently Chandigarh University ordered to deposit fee in cash only circulated massage via CR not through official circular.Earlier payment was done through online also and official circular was also published.It is a serious misconduct and such types of practices should be banned immediately.

No action has been taken so far.Now they are forcing to pay late fee.Without publishing circular how can you claim for late fee.Its miserable.Instead of improving the name o[censored]niversity they are demolishing it's name by following worst practices .
