Chandra Hyundai — carplay reg

I would like to inform that i have purchased elite i20 asta (O) on august 2017 and while booking the vehicle i have been informed that carplay is available in this model and after taking my vehicle delivery i came to know that carplay is not available and i enquired the same with the dealer chandra hyundai, coimbatore, they have informed me that manufacturing after may 2017 has the carplay option and my vehicle may be manufactured before april and so that carplay is not available.

I have bought this model, since carplay is available and if they have said while enquiring that this model is manufactured before april and hence carplay will not be available i would have not boooked this car, without saying this they have sold the vehicle and i am very much disappointed. Regarding this i have sent a mail on 08.08.2017 to hyundai customer care, they have informed their inability to replace the system with carplay.

Hence i want to file a complaint in this issue and so that in future this may not happen to anyother person.
