Dear sir/madam, I Santosh Kumar Sharma would like to inform you that I am student of B.Pt IIIrd year from Adhunik Institute of Education and Research Delhi Meerut Road Duhai Ghaziabad and as per my all previous records (as my High school marksheet and certificate) my d.o.b is 18.06.1989 but due to some technical/human error my d.o.b has updated wrong on exam form portal (as well as in your records as I guess) as 08.06.1989 Please update my correct dob (As per my documents which are already submitted along with my registration forms and admission form) My enrollment no. Sir I have filled my exam form for bsc 1st year but my printed form is showing Hindi in medium name column in place of English...I want to fill English in my medium name how I can correct this..sir plz help me in this
