Chaudhary Charan Singh University [CCSU] — I am complaining about detained in my marksheet..

I am the student of dn degree college in meerut
In my second semester result although i am pass in all subjects but result is showing detained (Det.) written in it, although after i have contacted my college's registrar office and they checked all the documents and everything was found submitted.
So what needs to be done in this case
Will i be not promoted to next semester or not able to write exam of another semester.. Sir/mam please help me. Please correct my marksheet.. Rb[protected] and college code 052, enrollment number - m16109879
