I booked a return ticket from surat to hyderabad to surat Cheapticket.in booking id - 1174545 Booking date - 2017-sep-25 Return ticket cost around 8914/- Due to unavoidable circumstances, i had to cancel the journey, when i requested customer care through mail to cancel the same on 27 sep 2017. They replied me that listed below are the cancellation charges and refundable amount ; Cancellation charges: inr 5324/- Refundable amount : inr 3590 /-as of now. This is charge too much. When i searched the cancellation charge in their website, nothing specific mentioned like how they calculate the cancellation charge. They are looting us in the name of cheap tickets.
