Dear Regulator,

I would like to bring to your notice that I used aggregator website WEGO to book a International Airline tickets for sector BLR-SYD (Return tickets) for 2 passengers and clicked Cheapticket.in from the partner agencies listed and the price displayed was Rs. 124, 266/- for each ticket x 2 = Total Cost Rs. 248, 552/- under cheapticket.in. I was not prompted for the services charges and other fees which I am surprised being charged Rs. 56, 635/- (Rs. 28317.50 for each ticket) which is way too high and the online agent is cheating customers. When I contacted Wego they gave a very unexpected reply mentioning I as customer should check the amount before making payment. I agree but the time is so limited and it means there is no obligation on aggregator nor the partner Travel online website company to show the additional charges, taxes etc and seek confirmation before the final payment is made. I have also complained to Cheapticket.in customer support but have not got any reply on the resolution. Moreover, both Wego and Cheapticket.in claim its the cheapest fare and it is way expensive than Qantas Airline itself is lower with Fare of Rs. 126, 812 x 2 = Rs. 253, 624/-. I booked through Cheapticket.in as the fare was lower by Rs. 2536 per ticket (total lower by Rs. 5072/- which was a good savings as a layman. However I paid Rs 51, 563/- higher than the price offered by Qantas Airline itself. Which means the online travel agency has cheated me by mentioning cheap air fare but charged me higher amount of Rs. 51, 563/- in total. Hence, under your authority seeking your full support to regulate and ensure customers are treated fairly and request you to instruct Cheapticket.in or Wego to refund the differential amount of Rs. 56, 635/- to my Credit Card account from where the payment made. Also request strict norms, rules and regulations so layman customers like me do not fall in such trap and they loot us and make profit in the name of such advertising of cheap tickets to lure customers.

Looking forward to your support and help me get refund of the excess charged to me.

I book a flight on 10 may 2022 from bangalore to new delhi order no 26967305 amount 5881 . During transaction site is showing error. And money is deducted. I contact with cheap ticket customer care they said we refund all your money but still now there is no money refunded.

I had booked a Ticket from Cheapticket portal from MUM - Tirupathi on 16th Feb 22 and return for 17th Feb 22. Ticket amount Rs.5565/-

When I reached Airport counter they said that the flight is cancelled from their end and they can only fly me next day, for which I requested them to arrange the same day flight but it was not possible for them.

Airlines staff suggested me to visit their counter on T2 Air india counter on departures level and process the refund for the ticket.

I visited the counter and processed the refund for which I have also received the acknowledgement. Now after more than 2 months I am still awaiting refunds for the flight which was cancelled by Airline.

Cheap tickets official says that we have communicated with the Airline but the refund is not yet processed from Air-India.

After repeated reminders and calls still the refunds have not been processed.

I intend full refund of my tickets as it was none of my fault for the Airline cancelling the flight.

Booked a ticket from Delhi to Kochi on 26th February, 2022 at 1:30 am for 1st March, 2022 Travel by Vistara Flight at 4 pm. The amount was deducted but didn't get the confirmation of the booking.

I am trying to book my ticket since last 1 hour but not able to book it.
Transaction is done but ticket booking is shown failed. This happened with me twice.

Refund of 17k, due to Airline cancellation, amount deduction break up had transaction fees attached( refund does not levy transaction 2%)
On a refund of 17k they charged 733 Rs, saying that charge will be 36k round trip whereas one way refund amount is 17k
After speaking with customer care Rahul Kapoor, the transaction amount 17k but the transaction fees is on 36k!!
FYI refund should not have refund fees,
Service fees amount not disclosed in the tickets sent ..

On 19-12-21 at 12:25 AM, I booked air ticket of Rs 10714 from my credit card, money got deducted but no air ticket provided.

This ticket was cancelled due to corona pandemic.
So we were not be able to travel.
I have been sending multiple emails but customer service is not responding.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I had purchased tickets for me and my son Nivid for the HongKong destination through www.cheapticket.in on Sept 10, 2019 and visited the same through Air India flight No.AI-310 but while returning from the Hongkong my Ticket was of AI-311 Air India dtd 01st Nov 2019 but This flight was cancelled by Air India, hence they told me that we will be getting the refund but till date we have not received refund for Mr. Nivid Mantri & following with the cheap ticket since last one year for the same but not getting the proper reply from them and now they are not responding our mails also.

Hi, this is regards to my booking id 2432778, my flight from Bangalore to Sydney had been cancelled by the airlines and since I had booked my flight ticket through cheap Ticket I requested them to cancel my ticket and refund my money. As per airlines they had confirmed that I'm eligible for a full refund including the convenience fee charged. Cheap ticket is denying to refund the convenience fee.
Kindly look into this matter.

Booking was done on sep 2 travel till now it is not responded and refunded!
Both ixigo and cheapticket is giving poor response in refunding.
After serious of calls and mail the agency is not responding kindly resolve at the earliest or block sick type of agency so that others will not be affected.
Ixigo and cheapticket.in are responsible for this issue not mentioning the refund date after cancellation

I had reserved the tickets from this site for air india flight from hyderabad to bhubaneshvar for 30th october 2019. After reaching airport i got to know that the flight is cancelled and there was no prior information.
I request you to please give me the full refund.
Also i request for the quick procedure.

I had booked a flight from chennai to calicut on 20/07/2019. The flight got cancelled due to your services issues and thus ixigo and your cheapticket customer care called me up & told that the complete amount will be refunded without any deduction.

I have still not received any refund and it’s been more than 2 months and i have called you for several times, pls do find the ticket details attached with the complaint.

Kindly resolve the above issue as soon as possible.

I had a booking in the Ahmedabad to Bangalore flight on 24/08/2019. The flight got cancelled. Vistara customer care called me up & told that the complete amount will be refunded without any deduction. I have still not received any refund. Pls find attached the ticket.

Already 25 days have passed, but my issue has not been resolved.

Kindly resolve the above issue as soon as possible.

I had booked tickets and gotten them cancelled. I was supposed to get a refund of 12, 000. I have been calling their call centre for over two years with no refund. They instead put my call on hold after asking the booking details. I have waited for more than 2 hours on hold. Following are the booking details
