I booked ticket on 3rd of aug. Named as diksha chopra and ravneet singh on that time ticket was refundable.
On 5th of aug i cancelled the ticket for some reason
After a month i updated my passbook there was no refund

I contact to agency they said no refund available

As i request them to call back for clearing but there was no response
