Dear sir,
I tried booking a sxr-bom flight today at around 5pm. Although the payment was deducted from my bank amount, I received no confirmation from your end. No email, no sms, no booking id, no PNR, absolutely nothing. Upon contacting the customer care I was told that the status of my payment is 'pending', and that I should call back in a couple of hours. I called back after three hours, only to hear the same response.
Now this is not the first time I'm booking tickets, but it sure was ye first time using cheapticket.in, and the experience was outright terrible.
I urge you to resolve my query at the earliest or refund my money, and I'll book from elsewhere.
