Myself bikram nath. I have booked a ticket from new delhi to guwahati on 14th feb 2016 but due to failure i didn't board the flight no 6e-577. So i discussed with the customer support executive for the refund of the flight fare having crs pnr no. Oywqmg and air pnr no. Oywqmg.
Sir its too late till now i didnt get any amount
