Cheapticket.in / Airtickets India — Unbooked tickets and requesting for extra fee due to fee difference

I booked 3rd jans flight(₹5927) with last of my account balance, they didn't send any confirmation mail, so i called them, they say it will be confirmed and mail will be sent to you in 1 hr. After 4 hrs they mail me that due to fare difference i have to pay amount 2019₹ more. I replied that I ain't gonna pay any extra fees, as its there fault. Then they say they will full refund the amount in 4 working days... WTF... Now i am stuck here without any money, and tickets for next 4 days, and lets hope its 4 days.

Cheapticket.in — Non refund of ticket money

My booking from Mumbai to Bangkok for a family of 4 on 18/10/15 id no44223. Refund amount still not credited though the pending tickets were asked to cancel.Full amount was debited from my credit card
