This is very sad to know in this competitive world of service industry, the cheapticket.in believes in sales & not customer satisfaction as i had a bad experience with cheapticket.in so would like to share.
On the 6th November 2015 me & my husband kept calling the customer care for endless number of time but no one answered & this was around 5.30 pm. I had done a booking through the website i.e. Bombay – Delhi on Vistara Air but due to heavy traffic in Mumbai on the journey date we knew we would not reach the airport on time & for this we made so many calls to the customer care but no one answered. I then rang up the Vistara airline they said only the agent can help in this case but as said the agent i.e. cheapticket were absent to support us, I had also sent emails in correspondence but cheapticket.in where very firm in not responding.
The consequences: Last minute I had to cancel the ticket through the airline direct orlese it would have been a no show & If the agent i.e. cheapticket.in would have answered & put us through the next flight the max fare difference was around INR 7000 but as this wasn’t the case we had to issue a new ticket on another portal for INR 27, 000 per person i.e. INR 54, 000 in total.
After returning from our trip i have mailed them the case today, i still havent received any call nor any email in response.
I'm waiting for the refund & want to claim for the damages. Was this information helpful? |
