Complaint marked as Resolved I got the confirmed tickets. I'm closing this
However, my experience was not very good.
1. Unresponsive customer care
2. Unreasonable fare hike...They set the status as pending and then send another mail for extra amount due to "Fare difference". Upon checking the airline site itself, I got to no there is no hike. They are simply charging more. I ended up paying Rs.2500 more when comparared what I would have to pay had I chosen via airline portal iteself.
3. From the reviews, many people complain same. Not impressed and will not opt for them again.
