Good day sir,

I had a booking in the indore to jaipur flight on 11/04/2019. The flight got cancelled. Jet customer care called me up & told that the complete amount will be refunded without any deduction. I have still not received any refund. Pls find attached the ticket.

Already 45 days have passed, but my issue has not been resolved.

Kindly resolve the above issue as soon as possible.
