[Resolved] Cheapticket.in — Booking still pending though payment is approved and no customer support

I had booked a ticket at your site on 14th October from Guwahati to Mumbai (booking id 36178). At the time of the booking, I was shown that my booking is under process although the payment went through. I did not even get a call from the company, as promised on their website, even after 2 hours. I have been calling them for the entire morning of the 15th of october but there seems to be no customer service.I have left an e-, ail but no response from them. Its been more than 12 hours since I have booked a ticket and the status shown is yet pending.

Dear Customer, We have advised you that we did not captured the payment authorized by you to the Master/Visa., as the booking was not confirm and we do not charged/collect payment till ticket is issued.Only to check the credibility our system captured only Rs 10 which have also been refunded,as you can see your bank statement. We assure you that there is no debit of the authorized amount on your bank statement. Your bank cannot hold your money as they have not paid the money to us and are responsible to show you the payment made to us.If they have marked a lien does not mean they have paid us.
