Checknshop.com — Product not delivered and amount is also not refunded

I have ordered (id 1004872) one Saree on 01.02.2015 on 02.02.2015 I have got the mail from their customer care that the product is not available with vendor and they are going to cancel the order. I have informed to refund the amount and send them reminders so many times, contacted their customer care via phone and whatsapp, but till date I amount is not refunded. They always come up with the excuses that there is some technical problems.
