Checknshop.com — Return and refund of my product | |||||
I purchased a product from this website, for this I co-ordinate with them on whatsup for address and all details ( [protected]) after that I got a call from a no. for confirmation ([protected]) They confirmed me the details and also i have recd the product but now the problem is the product which they are showing on website and which I have recd is very much different This was A Cash on Delivery product of amount Rs. 1199 As i m not liking this product I co-ordinate with them again on the same whatsp no. to return and refund but no reply again Then on mail ([protected]@checknshop.com) I had the mailing they also didn't replied me I am not able to understand what actual problem they do have If i m not satisfied with any product I have the rights to return it and should get refund for it.
