Checknshop — Dispatched defective products- not replacing it.

Hi, I ordered one karsihma kapoor salwar suit( order id 1003446) from checknshop.com which they delivered on 17-Jan-2015, after receiving the product and paying money I found that the product has severe defects. Black patches on the front and discontinued zari threads in the front. After repeated requests they are not listening to my plea. I sent the picture as well to their support team but it seems they blocked my id so it is bouncing again and again. Then I called them on the given no. they said its a job of support team please mail them. I tried from various mail ids but its bouncing. Then I sent the mail to Mr. Subhas in his shop's mail id, I got a reply that they are not gonna replace / refund it. This is fraudulent. They have charged 1953 INR and dispatched a defective product with out doing any quality check and now not replacing it. Talking to me very rude, some customer care executive said do what ever you feel like we don't care. They are cheating people.Their office is in Faridabad Hariyana. I want a replacement / a refund.
