Checknshop — REFUND request for different material

I have purchased a dress material on 19.8.2015 from checknshop prepaid order id[protected].Immediately after opening the back I realised the material is entirely different from what ordered.immediately I raised a return request, they asked whats app msg, photo in all the angles..etc everything I given.First After checking the photo there executive told they will refund and take the material back.Next day they send a mail stating it is not possible because of the company policy.But in their website it is clearly mentioned 10 days refund. pls help me
