I have a loan with chembur nagrik sahkari bank, panvel branch. I was paying regularly till december 2018. I had 2 heart attacks and lost my job. I wrote 3 letters requesting them to offer a settlement or to lower the emi to 7000. They ignored my letters. Always gundas use threatening language. I send them a check of rs 75000. Swapnil from the branch deliberately did fraud and check chupake rakha.
They used the information to block my account with hdfc. I spoke to thakur from chembur branch. He said he will take 28000 and release the hold. I wanted to use the rest of the money for my treatment. I was supposed to get admitted in the hospital on the 11th. It is 7 days and they have not taken 28000 from my account or release the hold. They have put a hold on my gurantor's account too. Deliberately they are not withdrawing money to hurt. If anything happens to me chembur nagarik bank is responsible for that. Beacause of them i cannot even buy medicines. Please help against this bank.
