Hello sir
my name is kunal r sarvade.
i have taken personnel loan from CNS bank.
as every bank given me moratorium scheme, but cns bank not given me moratorium benefit.
as after 5 month of moratorium suddenly bank manager called me and said you have to pay 67000 rs. because you are not included in moratorium scheme.
as i have tried to paid extra amount 5000 every month to recover my pending amount in moratorium...

I have a loan with chembur nagrik sahkari bank, panvel branch. I was paying regularly till december 2018. I had 2 heart attacks and lost my job. I wrote 3 letters requesting them to offer a settlement or to lower the emi to 7000. They ignored my letters. Always gundas use threatening language. I send them a check of rs 75000. Swapnil from the branch deliberately did fraud and check chupake rakha.
