Hello sir
my name is kunal r sarvade.
i have taken personnel loan from CNS bank.
as every bank given me moratorium scheme, but cns bank not given me moratorium benefit.
as after 5 month of moratorium suddenly bank manager called me and said you have to pay 67000 rs. because you are not included in moratorium scheme.
as i have tried to paid extra amount 5000 every month to recover my pending amount in moratorium phase. still they are sending me and my co witness legal notice. literally they are harashing me.
as i asked them about not including me in moratorium they said we tried to called you but you didn't reply us for moratorium.
please help me
