Chennai Airport — Improper Management and Ridiculous Response from the Security Officer

Dear Sir, Myself Balaji KP, I am working in Dubai, I cam to Chennai with my family (wife & 2 kids 3yrs&1yr) on vacation leave on 09th June by EK544 8.30am, its landed sharply on time even there was a poor weather condition. When we reach to the baggage carousel I found my baggage's also quickly, then i was looking for the trolley i realized that there is no enough trolleys inside the carousel area, also i saw many people are at the same situation with the arrived baggage's without trolleys. I went to a policeman who is collecting the immigration slips, and ask him about the situation of the trolleys. He told me somebody will bring and please wait. But I saw some people with the white and white uniforms with the ID's strap on their neck looks like staff, bringing the trolleys in 2 or three pieces and they are serving the passengers who are paying for them it seems. Timing is running more than 30 minutes, my wife need to feed my 1yr kid she is hungry, its almost more than 9am. Then I check with the custom officer he also throw me hopeless answer. Also some foreign nationalities waiting for the trolleys to arrive. I checked with my father in law who is waiting outside for us, he says there is lots of trolleys outside nobody picking so far when all the airport staff they know lot of passengers waiting for the trolleys. But still some staff bringing the trolleys in 2 or 3. I request the policeman I will go out and pick some trolleys from outside, he told ok, when go near to the arrival door, the central security staff not allowing outside to bring the trolleys ourselves, but some passengers already did. What the security staff saying is correct as we cannot go and come inside as this a airport, but what about the arrangements, the situation already become mess. The Main thing, I asked a security staff whose name with Mr. Miri or Neri i asked him when the trolley will gonna come? He was saying ridiculously it will take 2 days ("Parsou Ayega"), i was so much crazy because of his irresponsible reply, I said to him don't speak like that and make apology and he is saying again "go and complaint anywhere I dont care and now go and stay inside untill trolly arrives" Later some trolleys arriving inside then all the passengers messing up on the trolleys its like a war. Its reminding my earlier days in the ration shop fighting for the kerosene and in the water tank fighting for the water. Finally there was some trolley for me too I got it myself luckily. Its a bad experience I got ever in my 10 year experience. I know this complaint is very late as that thing was happened more than a month ago, but please don't consider it as a complaint, as you know many travellers from abroad arriving to Chennai through the chennai airport, please dont give them bad first expression, i saw those foreigners face on that day they feel very very bad about the arrangements of this simple thing. Also about the security staff, how they are getting like this courage to handle the passengers very hardly, I dont know also how they are handling the foreign nationalities, when they know well about to manage the consequences, they will do the same for them as well, who knows. By the way I want to appreciate also about the construction of the Departure gates, its awsome nice wonderful, kindly please maintain to stay as it is. I feel proud. Thanks & Best Regards Balaji KP
