Hai yesterday I went to Chennai international airport for dropping time was 20:40
Near the drop of entry gate, there were no trolley.So i went and bough the trolley, by the time I saw them locking the car wheel.
Immediately I called him and requested that I went to bring trolley and I showed him. Asked him to check CCTV footage also it's not even 2 mnts.
Behind my car there is one more car parked for a long time. You can check the CCTV footage. I have informed and requested him.More overr he is rude and their main moto is to collect money.
My car registration is andhrapradesh, so the person told me that my car is non local so they have done like this.
I have asked him why you are not locking the cars which are parking from long time.
But he said they are Tamilan and I am not.
Such a ride attitude and behaviour.
He demanded for cash, I said I have card.
First he didn't agree.But later on he said I can swipe card. After a long argument he agreed.
Then I have asked him receipt, that also after arguing only he gave.
Finally they took 500 as I am not a tamilian.
Such a worst behaviour of the staff and I clearly shown them cars where they are not removing.
I clearly challenged them that I have went to bring trolley as they were not there near the gate and not even 2-3 mnts.
But rest of the cars they parked there only
This is horrible treatment for a non local person.
