Hi,
I have subscribed as vip customer and they promised every 15 days will send profile and will talk on behalf o[censored]s to communicate with bride's family. But never kept promise. Every time i have to call and ask what happened. They assigned one senior executive called nathiya but she never contact or communicate about service always i have to call her and request her then she used to say every month she is not feeling well or taking more than 10 days leave. I don't know any organisation giving that much leaves. Another one think whenever call her she won't pick the call and used to send message as was in meeting will contact you later after she never contact. I am fed up with their service and i need my money back.
