There are not more than 20 profiles and we reached out to 3 contacts. All the 3 were married already but their profiles are still listed on their site to showcase, they have profiles. We asked for a refund on the second day. But they are saying that refund is not possible. Pathetic service. Fraud company.

I have deactivated and deleted my profile, but still my profile is enabled. The reason behind is to showcase that they have high no. of profiles. When you google your name all the personal details are getting listed in public view. This leads to lack of data security. Pathetic service, most of the profiles are already got married and customer case convinence to opt for paid service.

Please take necessary actions to delete old profiles or deleted profiles.

They are money motivated, if your parents or relation do not having web knowledge who initiate your marriage proposal then kindly dont use it. All are invalid profiles. They are giving fake profiles once the term expired again they started to ask pay money more. Staff doesnt have basic manners and do not know how to talk. Better use any other matrimony

I have subscribed with chennai matrimony site as vip member paying 14000. But their relationship manager or anyone is not giving proper reply and no service matrimonial service providing. Each time have to call them and ask about what happened any profile available, then they will take couple of days and come with few uñ matchable or repeatable profiles. I have raised refund because not satisfied with their service or no service given by chennai matrimony and they all cheating customer and stealing money from them. I need refund my money. Please help me to get my money back.

Very worst services and total waste of my money.., they are cheated my amount.., i am not satisfied services (Only booking not used). Refund my money. They are not working and not proper services and they cheated my money.. So dont use any type services in chennai matrimony services...

I have registered in chennai matrimony and they said to become vip customer so we will fix your marriage within 3 months and the validity of the service is 1 year. I believed and became paid member. And first two weeks is ok after that they wont call u if we ask they will send some matched ids. It is totally waste of money don't believe in them

I have subscribed as vip customer and they promised every 15 days will send profile and will talk on behalf o[censored]s to communicate with bride's family. But never kept promise. Every time i have to call and ask what happened. They assigned one senior executive called nathiya but she never contact or communicate about service always i have to call her and request her then she used to say every month she is not feeling well or taking...

It is fake matrimony there is no escalation point at all they cheat people after deposting the money when found this that the service was not at all provided we asked the refund of money which they denied and refuse to pay money and they wont pick of the phones and even the receptionist threaten that they will file a false case as everyone working in that office are female.
