Chennai Police — Petition delay from long time from chennai police

Kind Request: To the Concerned Department or Higher Authority of Chennai Police

Dear Sir,

Good Afternoon, Reminder two years before the online Complaint was registered with the Chennai Government, Mr. Samivel K, SI[protected] called Mr. Zakir (Financial Cheater ) to the police station and Mr.Zakir agreed with me on the telephone he would return my amount with compensation as he wasted 10 Years of my Valuable Life, time and Money, after one week he misuse the law with the help of Advocate and send me legal notice demanded the amount from me. (copies attached)

The second officer Mr. Sugumar Sir ( [protected] ) has called me on my phone after one year of complaint and he told me he would resolve my issue, but till now my problem not been solved

I kindly request that the Concerned department or Higher Authority, please take immediate action against Mr.Zakir ( [protected] ) and his Assistant Mr. Maadi ( [protected] ), they are running various offices with different names ( Copies Attached) and they can’t misuse the respectable Indian Law in future.

Hence I humble request to your good self that, please implement orders to the Concerned Officer / Department to take immediate action to the given petition without causing any further delay, so that Nation and State should be free from defrauder.

Note: Mr.Zakir Agreed at the time of registration that within 6 months, he would provide a job visa for Australia, an Air ticket, Etc nothing he has done for me, The other side enjoying his life by cheating on Honest and Truthful people, because of him myself, parents and family members facing mentally and physical health issues and my father also passed away
