Chennai Police — unauthorised illegal occupying of residential premises - reg

Respected sir,
My sister ms jeyalakshmi died on 20/07/2018 leaving behind residential house at plot no 46, arunagiri street west kamakodi nagar valasaravakkam chennai-87, consisting of ground and first floors. While alive, she had given her first floor to mr balamurali (Son of her sister), for residential purposes.. Msjeyalakshmi had not left behind any will. Taking advantage of absence of any rental agreement, mr balamurali had let out the first floor premises to total strangers, north indian people, who are working in his dosa shop. And they are carrying out all commercial activities such as making dosabatter, chutneys, etc. On a large scale. He has also illegally consturcted structures in the first floor and some ten to twelve people are staying there. These people are emptying unused batter chutneys etc into the drainage which cause unbearable stench and neighbours are constantly complaining. When mr balamurali was approached in the matter and asked to vacate, he bluntly refused and said let the person who let out the house come and ask and then only he would vacate.in these circumstances, i request you to kindly intervene and take necessary action to clear the unauthorised occupation of the house thank you sir
