Chennai Silks — Stolen gold chain and poor customer service defect product

On 16 November 2016 we lost our chain at Chennai silk someone at shop stolen it at the shop .. we ask for cctv footage they hesitate and not shown and told us it is not clear .. we don’t know.. how can a shop can have poor cctv they lied to us .. while exit we ask footage .. I m sure one of shopkeeper stolen it not showing it for shop sake for their name sake .. I have attached the photo taken at shop on that day ..
Vaya flask ., one the day we purchased still we cannot use it due to it always going for service late response on shop not sending to service and when we ask refund they again stolen one cap to avoid refund .. so that we cannot refund and delaying service to avoid refund.. after purchase first day itself cap unable to lock we were in tour so after 20 days of purchase we take it to service two months took for first service.. about one week another cap unable to lock .. we took both cap to seller, to tell one is not working so that they know no problem in flask and in the cap .. at January given, , February March they didn’t send it for service and blaming lockdown 3 month no lock down.. ok and after lock down and everything slowly getting normal we asked for flask no response delaying it and July 23 it is returning after one day usage with stolen cap .. they lost during lockdown or wantedly hiding to avoid refund.. we ask them to repair it fast another wise refund it .. again usage of one day again unable to lock it .. we took for service they told that sented still not received the product at September month courier delivery is getting late .. on September everything is fine amazon two day delivery is happening lying to us .. after another day not available spare parts, after that wait for week after week another week likewise going on poor response.. one day we got angry just return immediately it is still not send first saying it is not here and we fought they given the product.. don’t know wat happening .. delaying to avoid refund..
we purchased table desk, , poor fitting shaking, selling defect product.. poor fitting shopkeeper itself fitting it so poor fitting very bad condition desk for kids .. unworthy of all u r product .. why all u r product are defective product to attract customer selling low quality defect product..
