I have purchased cloths worth rs.8000/- on 15.06.2016, made full payment and requested them to send it by parcel service to my native place. They agreed and assured it will be delivered in a day or two. Even after a lapse of 6 days, the parcel did not reach us. When visited chennai silks and enquired about it, there was no proper response from the staff. When i wanted to lodge a complaint with the manager, nobody was telling the where the manager was available and every body wanted to hide the fact. Finally met the manager and he was blaming the courier service. Even though the courier man was available in the spot, he was also not responding properly. Decided not to step into chennai silks in future.
