Chennai Super Kings — About my order that I have placed on their website for jersey

I have placed my order and I paid my money through UPI and when I checked their website www.chennaisuperkings.com
It is showing my order transaction is failed and I have proof and everything that I placed my order and paid money but they are not providing any acknowledgement to that order and also nothing about that issue
@chennaiipl, I didn’t expect this from you and check my order number is 73260 and I will share my screenshots below and you guys check if anything is missed
And tell me about this as soon as possible
