Cheque Bounce — I got lone on mobile phone but when its amount presented it bounce but amount is sufficient in my account when can i inquired

I got 2 lone on different products in one emi is around 4200 n other 1500 the 4200 is been deducted from my account as presented but the 1500 is been bounced now on that day my balance is enough despite that y such kind of thing happened i don't know so kindly check your system n ans back quickly coz i m not going to pay extra 450 rs to words the penalty
