I am jaya from kolathur, chennai.
On monday i made a call to your customer care people for new connection they confirmed thro phone feasible available in your area. We send our executives for further process based on that your executive came & collect the application with online payment of rs.3537 on 04 june 2018 to knet solutions & they promised with in 48 hours you will get the connection. So i wait for the call back from your executives for installation. But i cant get any reply from your executives. So i call again to your customer care peoples for the status of connection.
At that time they told feasible not available in your area. So we cant able to provide the connection. So i informed to them to cancel the connection & refund the money to my bank account & i share my bank details to [protected]@cherrinet.in on 07 june 2018.
But i cant get any call back or my amount in to my bank from your side.
