We have EPSON L455 MODEL printer. But, since we are trying to connect through wi-fi to printer, we are unable to get connected, because of this issue, we are facing lot of problems in fulfilling our jobs.
Already we had complained to your service executive several times, but may be because of his pre-occupied schedule he could not attend the complaint since 5 days, though after several reminders.
You are therefore requested to depute someone who can help us resolving the issue.
