I am working in chetu 40 days. I am not getting any salary for them when i ask my he they to told me ur last company verification is failed. Tell me wt can i do shall i do police complaine or i have to go consumer court or labour court. I already wait 3 month but they didn't gave me proper response u send many mail regarding this but they didn't respond

My name is piush shukla, address - s1103, crossing republic, ghaziabad, mo. No - [protected] and my previous company chetu india pvt-ltd., a-186/187, sector 63, noida, pin code 201301 is not giving gratuity amount. My employee id was 1618, designation - team lead, joined chetu at 10th sep 2013 and my last working date was chetu on 6th august 2018.

I would like to bring it to your notice that gratuity amount has not yet been credited by company.

I requested them for gratuity, but they denied stating resource should complete 5 years of employment. I already quoted sec 2a of gratuity act to them. Still they are not willing to pay this amount.

We work for 5 days a week and 4 hours on saturday.


As per the judgment from supreme court below the gratuity eligibility service is 4 years 240 days.


Hence, as an employee of chetu i had completed above mentioned period continuously without any break so i am eligible for gratuity under the act.

In view of the above i would request if you could please look into the matter and get my gratuity amount credited to my account at the earliest.

I would like to inform my friend those want to join Chetu India Pvt Ltd which is located in noida . please do not think for that because they will take many round and will say your are week in that and come again . then you have to go again and again for interview .in last they will reject you and your time effort will get spoil . so think before go interview and join .

Please if any one want to appear or join chetu please do not go for interview or join. If you will go for interview they will always make you fool that your feedback is not positive or will always say please come again. Same process will take place many time. After in last they will reject you.

Suppose if they have hire you and will never support for any problem which come in development and if they think you are unable to...

they deduct the money from salary and give after complete of 1 year as bonus . as their policy they gives the bonus at the end of complete year of join to the employee . but after 11 month complete they fire the employee and make the issue to the employee . so that employee cannot get the bonus part ....
