then why they have taken 6 to 7 round if we are not right candidate fro them?????????? they should reject us after 2 to 3 round its enough to judge any employee .

I have confirmed with the Chetu HR team that you did indeed go through the hiring process but were not selected. At Chetu, we have very high standards when it comes to bringing new team members. Those that do not meet those standards, whether it is discovered at the skills testing level or at the face-to-face interview level are not selected to become a part of the Chetu team. Job seeking is often a difficult and frustrating endeavor. It is dissapointing to learn that despite your best efforts, you were not selected for the position. However, the remainder of your post contain baseless insinuations about our company culture because there is no way that you would know about the corporate culture having never been hired on as a team member at Chetu.
As an employer, Chetu reserves the right to hire employees who will fit with the corporate culture and demonstrate the necessary skills required for the position. This is true for any employer, as you will find as you continue your job search.
