Unjustified Account Ban: My account on the Chikii platform has been unfairly banned without valid justification. I was informed by Chikii that my account would only be unbanned if I purchased their $13 VIP package, which is an unethical practice.
Refund Denial: I have made several in-app purchases for gems, which have become inaccessible due to the ban on my account. Despite multiple refund requests, they have been denied.
Compensation Request: Due to the inconvenience caused, I demanded compensation in the form of access to GTA 5 Online. However, this demand has not been addressed.

Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter with Chikii’s customer support, I have received no satisfactory response. Their insistence on forcing me to purchase a VIP package for unbanning my account further adds to the unprofessionalism and unethical behavior.
I urge you to take appropriate action to address these issues promptly. If no resolution is provided, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities and share my experience on public platforms.
